Thailand asks Asean not to intervene in temple row

The Thai government is asking other Asean countries not to intervene in the Preah Vihear conflict and allow Cambodia and Thailand to settle the matter themselves.

......Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva, he didn’t accept informs of Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung that in his capacity as Association of Southeast Asian Nations chairman, would raise the Preah Vihear argument at an Asean meeting. He thought the Asean chair was simply sounding out the opinions of connection members after acquire a letter from Cambodia about the border disagree. Mr Abhisit would like to tell that all parties should understand that the issue could be solved at the bilateral level. Cambodia wants the disagree to be distributed with at the multilateral level because the Thai parliament hasn’t carefully the negotiation framework of the Thai-Cambodian Joint Boundary Commission (JBC), but Mr Abhisit said each country had its own processes and other nations should be respectable this. Foreign Minister Kasit Piromya, he tells about Thailand and Cambodia had discussed the temple issue through all available mechanisms.
They didn’t need the intervention of neighbouring countries. The letter would look for clear up the misunderstandings surrounding the temple conflict and distribute with Phnom Penh's allegations against Thailand related to the temple row. Deputy Prime Minister Suthep Thaugsuban warned that Cambodia couldn’t bring up the Preah Vihear issue for multilateral conference without first securing the consent of Thailand. He urged Cambodia to handle the issue bilaterally.

......I think this news is bad with Thailand but it is a problem between Thailand and Cambodian about the letter and report. this problem made Thailand angry and Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva would like to clear the misunderstanding surrounding the temple conflict and distribute with Phnom Penh's allegations against Thailand related to the temple row. Then This problem should solve anything. However, I think that prime minister Abhisit Vejjajiva will discuss and against for the Preah Vihear because it's really in thai. Prime minister Abhisit Vejjajiva is acquired a problem that many people in Thailand send morale because Cambodian brings a old map to assert that the Preah Vihear is in Cambodian. I hope that both Thailand and Cambodian will not have conflict and distribute. Each country can adjust something to agree together.
